author's guide

The following are guidelines for writing a paper in the International Journal of Management and Education in Human Development (IJMEHD) published by the International Association of Management and Human Resource Development (IAMHRD). The authors are fully responsible for the contents of the written manuscripts and the manuscripts are writings that have never been published. The list of referrals is made sequentially starting from 1, 2, 3, and so on.

ABSTRACT [Times New Roman 11]

The abstract content must summarize a summary containing the background, research objectives, methods, findings, and main conclusions of the paper. The abstract should be written in a left-right alignment, with one space and one column. The word "Abstract" as the title is written in 11-point Times, bold, middle, in capitalized letters. Abstract text is written in Times 10-point, Italic, single-spaced, up to approximately 250 words. Write down keywords from the manuscript 3 to 6 words/phrases.

Keywords (10pt; Bold)

The contents of keywords are written in 3-6 words/phrases (10 pt, Italic) which should be a subset of the manuscript title and separated by commas for words/phrases.

Paper Structure

The manuscript is written with a structure; 1. Introduction, 2. Literature review, 3. Research methods (can include analysis, architecture, methods used to solve problems, implementation), 4. Results and discussion, 5. Conclusions, 6. List of references. The contents of the introduction are the answers to questions [2,3]: (1). Background, (2). The reasons for this research and (3). Objective question. State of the art, gap analysis, and novelty are seen here. The content of the literature review is a brief but concise and clear explanation of each variable of the study and includes the theories that support each variable.

Research methodology

Describe the preparation methods and characterization techniques used. Describe briefly, but still accurately, such as size, volume, replication, and working techniques. For new methods to be described in detail so that other researchers can reproduce the experiment. Meanwhile, the established method can be explained by picking references [2-6].

Manuscript Length

Manuscripts are written on A4 paper size with a minimum number of pages 6 pages outside the list of references, a maximum of 18 pages, including tables and figures, with reference to the writing procedure as compiled in this paper.

Results and Discussion

The series of research results are based on a logical sequence/arrangement to form a story. The contents show facts/data and do not discuss the results. Can use Tables and Numbers but not parse repeatedly against the same data in images, tables, and text. To further clarify the description, you can use subtitles.

Discussions are the basic explanations, relationships, and generalizations indicated by the results. The descriptions answer research questions. If there are dubious results then present them objectively.

Manuscripts Layout In order for the submitted manuscript to be processed immediately by the editor, make sure it has been written properly and follows the instructions in this guide carefully.

Table

Tables should be numbered in order of presentation (Table 1, etc.). The title of the table is written above the table in a center justified position, with no bold or colored print. The font used is 8pt in size for both table titles and table contents. Tables must be referenced and referenced in the text. There are no plumb lines in the table.

Picture

Images are numbered in order of presentation (Fig. 1, etc.). The image title is placed below the image with the center position (center justified). The font used in the image title is 8pt in size. Images must be referenced and referenced in the text.

Formula

The formula is written clearly using an equation with an index number, the explanation of formula variables is written in paragraph form, not a list item.

Program Listing

Program listing and algorithm design are written in the letters Lucia Console (8pt) with a fixed width

Page Specifications

Use the Times New Roman typeface throughout the manuscript, with the font size as exemplified in this writing guide. Spacing is single and the contents of the writing or script use left-right (justified) alignment. The page size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). Page margins are 0.86 cm header 1.4 cm footer, left, top and bottom 2 cm, and 2.3 cm right.

An easy way to write a script is to write directly in the Journal template.

Conclusion

There should be no references in the sentence. The conclusion contains the facts obtained, it is enough to answer the problem or research objective (do not discuss it again); State possible applications, implications, and speculations where appropriate. If needed, provide suggestions for further research.

References

It is recommended to use the Mendeley / Zotero tools for referral management. Everything that is listed in the bibliography/references must be referenced/referred to in the manuscript. At least 10 primary and most recent references (last 5 years). Written in 8pt font size and using the IEEE citation method.
