human resource management issues include employee safety, turnover, working routines, remote work conditions, etc. The main aim of this paper is to research the current situation and challenges for enterprise human resource management in the post-epidemic errand put forward corresponding countermeasures based on theoretical analysis, so as to improve the efficiency of human resource management, alleviate the pressure of enterprise operation and reduce the impact of epidemic on enterprise management.
