Review Process
implement the following review process policy:
- Papers sent by the author will go through a review process by the editor, especially checking the suitability of the paper with the specified journal scope and template. In this process, the editor will communicate with the author so that the submitted paper deserves to be sent to the reviewer or it can also be returned.
- Papers that have passed step 1 will be sent to the reviewer for a content review on the author's paper using the blind review method.
- The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific implications, conclusions, and references.
- Then the reviewer will provide suggestions for improvements and/or accept/reject the paper.
- The editor will decide by considering the reviewer's suggestions whether the reviewed paper meets the requirements of the International Journal of Management and Education in Human Development (IJMEHD).
- The final decision will be taken by the editor in chief
