Abstract

As a long-term and uncontrollable public crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the global economy. The emergence of the mutant virus delta continues to break through the lower limit of corporate development and has become a test for corporate economic resilience. This study proposes that the sustainable development strategy of enterprises in the COVID-19 era aims to transform their strategic management and organizational models, so that they can adapt to the current environment of COVID-19 and make adjustments so as to proactively benefit from the pandemic.
