The Effect of Competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of competence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
This study used quantitative analysis with a population of 43 employees of a state-owned electricity company. The data
analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that competence had a positive effect on organizational
citizenship behavior (OCB).
